I am having one of those PTS/family bullshit days.  It will pass, and I will be a better person for it, and that’s pretty much that.

I have been reading about and Abram and the covenant that God promised the children of Hagar.  Understanding Hagar and Saria and Abram really helps explain the divisions between the various peoples of the Book, and since most of the people who adhere to the Book can’t read it anymore or won’t…  It’s messy out there!

I found myself chasing the line of David through Solomon and encountered the odd fact that there was a man who was declared to be the Lion of Judah in 1930.  I wonder what became of him and his offspring.
