Inside the Birdcage – Fashion Blogging

Today I went into town.  I’m afraid that over the years I’ve become somewhat….  both a bit of a peacock and feral.  Its hard to explain.  And I love to shop.  My town is a little farming community with murals all over the downtown core and boutiques everywhere.

I recently made the acquaintance of a lovely lady online who is a nude model for art classes near a NASA-based college, and she’s agreed to discuss prostitution, modelling, trafficking, and how women are regarded with me.  I’m very excited about this.  She’s truly a delight.

Today I went to vote.  I was disappointed to see that there was a Christian Heritage party member on the ticket but not a pirate party canada candidacy.  Oh well.  I swung by the local Youth Centre and dropped off a pillow case full of stuff I don’t wear that’s still nice.

After that I dropped by a few small museums downtown near where my elementary school used to be, and then I swung by One Man’s Treasure and bought a clock, a cross, a green stone box, some Christmas gifts, a shrug, and a shawl.

I would upload photos with this, but for some reason it won’t work.

And it would appear that the Liberals won the election.  Interesting.  I wonder what shape Canada is going to assume now?  I would love a chance to just have a coffee with Justin Trudeau – or even Stephen Harper someday.
